Description vegetarian tonkotsu ramen soup
Tonkotsu ramen broths are actually made from pork bones. This product is based on the look and taste of the original Tonkotsu, but does not contain any animal ingredients. This ramen soup is a ready-to-eat product and only needs to be mixed with warm water. 1 pouch is enough for approx. 250 ml of soup.
Alternatively, the broth can also be refined, e.g. with soy sauces to intensify the taste, with Mirin, with sharp Shishimi Togarashi, with a splash Yuzu juice for a fresh citrus note, with sesame etc.
Preparation of the soups
The preparation is very simple. Heat approx. 250 ml of water. Open the bag, add the content to the water, stir, add ramen noodles - done!
The intensity of the taste can be controlled via the amount of water added.
The pictured ramen bowl does not belong to the product.
