This spice oil is only pressed once a year because the spice - fennel pollen - is only available in very limited quantities. Therefore there is only a limited edition in 100 ml bottles. The seasoning oil is pressed together with the oil seeds (sunflower seeds) using an old process. The flavoring power is transferred to the oil under high pressure and gives it an intense spicy aroma.
